Standard Gift Boxes: Can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery if damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customized / Personalized Items: (e.g., mugs, LED light frames, magical mirrors, custom gift arrangements) are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged during delivery.

To request a return or exchange, you must provide proof (photo/video) of the issue.
2. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be credited using the original payment method or COD refund depending on the payment type.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
